Systems using MIMO utilize those numerous antennas to receive many data streams at once operating in a single radio channel. In general, the more antennas are in your MIMO system,the more data streams can be received. SISO (Single Input Single output) – kind of system that uses only one antenna for transmitter and receiver, e.g. GSM, CDMA, satellite or radio systems. It is the most basic antenna technology used.
